Ross Simpson is the practice area leader for our Workers’ Compensation section. Ross has been with the firm since 2008. Before he was an attorney, Ross was a volunteer firefighter. Even though he is no longer pulls people out of burning buildings, Ross is still helping people on a daily basis. Ross’ case settlements have been featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and he knows how to maximize case values for his clients.
Ross believes that every case is unique. The approach for one case will not necessarily work well for the next case. Therefore, Ross and his team put together a unique strategy for each new case. This approach puts clients at ease and yields the best possible results. If you have been injured at work, you want Ross on your side.
